At Bootlegger Coffee Company, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable items and gear. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened bags of coffee beans or ground coffee cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original packaging, unused, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our roastery.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
